Thanks to all of you, OverDrive’s Training Month in September 2009 was a great success! Our most popular class was Patron Assistance, and many of you have requested additional sessions. In response to this, OverDrive is hosting two open Patron Assistance training sessions in February. Here are the course details:
Patron Assistance
Course Description: We’ll help take your understanding of OverDrive download media to the next level so you can share your knowledge through support and training. We’ll review frequently asked questions, support tips, and online help resources.
