I won’t be at the meeting, due to a schedule conflict, so I’ll just give a bit of an update, here.
Warren is doing very well with the Koha installation. My staff and volunteers are getting used to the program. We are sorting out occasional errors and problems as they come up.
One thing I’d like to see improved is the advanced search that our patrons see when they use the catalog. There are way too many choices in the drop down list and too much librarian jargon. We need an in-between search so that people who want to do a slightly more advanced search aren’t faced with so many choices.
